1. Cancellation Process

To cancel your CompanyRadar subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your CompanyRadar account
  2. Navigate to the 'Subscription' or 'Account Settings' page
  3. Click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

2. Cancellation Effects

  • Your access to CompanyRadar services will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation.
  • You will lose access to all CompanyRadar services at the end of your billing period.
  • Any data or reports you've downloaded should be saved before your access ends.

3. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on eligibility for refunds after cancellation. Generally:

  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
  • Cancellations within the first 7 days of a new subscription may be eligible for a full refund.

4. Data Retention

After cancellation:

  • We retain your account information and data for 30 days after the end of your subscription period.
  • After 30 days, your account data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  • If you wish to delete your data immediately, please contact our support team.

5. Reactivation

If you change your mind after cancellation:

  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the end of your current billing period.
  • After your access has ended, you'll need to create a new subscription.

6. Changes to This Policy

CompanyRadar reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. We will notify all subscribers of any significant changes via email and by posting a notice on our website.
