2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Only first-time purchases are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are not available for renewal payments or subscription upgrades.
  • Users who have extensively used the service (e.g., multiple data downloads or API calls) may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@companyradar.in with your refund request.
  2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom data reports or analyses
  • API access fees once API credentials have been issued
  • Subscription fees for periods beyond the first 7 days of service

5. Exceptions

In cases of extended service outages or significant data inaccuracies, CompanyRadar may offer pro-rated refunds or service credits at its discretion. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
