1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At CompanyRadar, we are committed to providing high-quality, accurate business intelligence services. If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Only first-time purchases are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds are not available for renewal payments or subscription upgrades.
- Users who have extensively used the service (e.g., multiple data downloads or API calls) may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Refund Process
- Contact our customer support team at support@companyradar.in with your refund request.
- Provide your account details and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom data reports or analyses
- API access fees once API credentials have been issued
- Subscription fees for periods beyond the first 7 days of service
5. Exceptions
In cases of extended service outages or significant data inaccuracies, CompanyRadar may offer pro-rated refunds or service credits at its discretion. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
